Hhihihihihihi Guyss!!! This blog is soooo dead! (nevermind, just exaggerating.) Okay here's the homework for 26th of June 2008!!! (not much, THANK GOD!!)

1. Do a search on the internet/Library,and find out about 3 other ACTIVE volcanoes in INDONESIA.Give a short write-up on each volcano.
2. Explain why Indonesia has the most number of volcanoes in Southeast Asia.
3. What are the risks involved in living near volcanoes?
4. If you were living in Indonesia,would u choose to live at a fertile but dangerous place like Yogyakarta? Why of why not?

When she got back up she began praying again, “Please, God don''t let me be late to church -- but don''t shove me either!
2 )One day two boys were walking through the woods when they saw some rabbit shit. One of the boys said, ''What is that?'' ''They're smart pills,'' said the other boy. ''Eat them and they'll make you smarter. So he ate them and said, ''These taste like shit.'' ''See,'' said the other boy, ''you're already getting smarter.''
3 )A teacher was having a tasting day where she would put candy in the kids' mouth and they would guess what it was. She went to the first little boy and put a Hershey's Kiss in his mouth. "Can you guess what it is?" "I don't know," said the boy. "I'll give you a hint. It's something your daddy asks your mommy for every morning." The girl next to the boy says "Don't eat it. It's a piece of ass."
4 )A woman goes to a psychiatrist and says, ''Doctor, you've got to do something about my husband -- he thinks he's a refrigerator!'' ''I wouldn't worry too much about it,'' the doctor replies. 'Lots of people have harmless delusions. It will pass.'' ''But you don't understand,'' the woman insists. ''He sleeps with his mouth open, and the little light keeps me awake.''
5 )On the last day of kindergarten, all the children brought presents for their teacher. The florist's son handed the teacher a gift. She shook it, held it up and said, "I bet it's some flowers!" "That's right!" shouted the little boy. Then the candy store owner's daughter handed the teacher a gift. She held it up, shook it and said, "I bet I know what it is! It's a box of candy!" "That's right!" shouted the little girl. The next gift was from the liquor store owner's son. The teacher held it up and saw that it was leaking. She touched a drop with her finger and tasted it. "Is it wine?" she asked. "No," the boy answered. The teacher touched another drop to her tongue. "Is it champagne?" she asked. "No," the boy answered. "What is it?" she said. "A puppy!" (so it is de puppy's waste!!!)

Frustration Essay
Melody climbed the steps of her flat, stomping loudly, allowing eerie echoes to float in the air. After a hard day at school, she longed for some peace. The moment she entered her flat, Melody was shocked to see her pregnant mother weeping softly on their leather couch.
Her mother looked up at the arrival of Melody. She broke into a deep frown. “Where were you? Why are you home so late? Why? I expected you home at two o’clock! It’s already five o’clock!!” her mother yelled.
Melody stood helplessly, knowing it was not the time to tell her mother why she was home so late. “You perfectly know that we need help at your father’s grocery shop, now that I am unable to help! Why were you late? You are never punctual, are you?” her mother accused.
Melody bit her tongue in an effort to keep herself from screaming her head off.
After a long, dreadful lecture, and many accusations, Melody’s mother finally sent her up to her room without any dinner for the night.
Melody could no longer hold her intense feelings back any longer. She felt so FRUSTRATED! Silent tears flooded down her cheeks. “Why wouldn’t anyone listen to me?” a thought intruded her head. Melody vented her frustration on her ‘Marie’ pillow, punching and screaming like she never did when she was younger.
Half an hour later, Melody calmed down a little. Flipping open her flamingo pink VAIO laptop notebook, she jotted down her hurtful feelings in her blog and her strenuous events that particular day. Unknown to her, her friendly form teacher, Ms Cheryl was randomly looking at some of her students’ blogs, during her leisure time.
Ms Cheryl just happened to visit Melody’s blog, and was extremely shocked at Melody’s uneventful day. Ms Cheryl, worried, immediately called her.
“Ring! Ring!” rang Melody’s cell phone. Reluctantly, Melody went to retrieve it. Squinting downwards, she realized that the caller ID showed that of her form teacher’s. Melody gasped. Anxious that Ms Cheryl wanted to talk to her mother, Melody hesitatingly pressed the ‘IGNORE’ button.
Ms Cheryl was puzzled at this abrupt end of the call. Furrowing her eyebrows, she made a mental point to talk to Melody- face to face tomorrow.
“Melody, come here please,” called Ms Cheryl. Hesitatingly, Melody walked to the teacher’s table, face as pale as a sheet, and hands, icy cold. It was recess. Melody gave a quick glance at the clock, stomach growling loudly. She had not eaten since yesterday afternoon.
“Melody, I’d like to talk to you, so we’ll have recess in the teachers’ lounge, okay dear?” Ms Cheryl chirruped. Melody simply gave a meek nod.
Ms Cheryl spoke, “I saw your latest blog post yesterday, and I thought that I would like to speak to you. Now what’s on your mind? I’m all ears.” Melody glanced furtively around, reluctant to speak.
After much coaxing, and words of encouragement, Melody spoke her heart out. Ms Cheryl looked thoughtful. She spoke softly, words of wisdom penetrating through her mouth, voice as sweet as a mango.
Melody left the teachers’ lounge feeling a new Melody- a strong, confident one unlike the old her, afraid her.
That very day, she confided into her mother and they finally understood one another’s feelings in the end.
Melody settled into bed. Before closing her eyes, she grinned, thinking, “Thank You God, and Thank You Ms Cheryl…”
